Position Overview

The PMO/Setup Experts is responsible for leading the end-to-end market setup and launch process in new international markets. This role oversees market research, operational readiness, legal compliance, infrastructure planning, and initial performance monitoring to ensure a smooth and successful market entry.

Key Responsibilities

Market Setup & Launch Execution

• Lead end-to-end setup for new international markets, including market research, feasibility assessment, and operational planning.

• Build SOPs, operational workflows, and implementation roadmaps for market launch.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness before and after launch.

• Manage launch execution, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.

Legal, Compliance & Infrastructure Readiness

• Oversee legal entity setup, licensing, and compliance requirements in new markets.

• Coordinate with local authorities, vendors, and partners to secure necessary approvals.

• Ensure infrastructure, fleet, technology systems, and operational resources are fully prepared before go-live.

Project Management & Cross-functional Coordination

• Act as project lead for all market entry initiatives.

• Manage key milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines across departments.

• Provide regular progress reports to leadership.

Post-launch Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor the first 03 months of market performance, including KPIs, service quality, and operational stability.

• Identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.

• Support local team handover and stabilization.

Strategic Planning & Budget Management

• Develop market entry budgets and cost control plans.

• Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization.

• Report periodically to the BOD on setup progress and market performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Operations Management, or related fields.

• 7+ years of experience in market expansion, operations setup, business development, or project management.

• Proven track record in launching new markets or large-scale operational projects.

• Strong understanding of international business regulations and compliance processes.
