Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
1. Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
2. Stakeholder & Client Engagement:
- Maintain close collaboration with Government clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with their digital transformation goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client updates, change requests, and escalations.
- Coordinate across departments, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure aligned execution.
3. Team Leadership:
- Manage cross-functional project teams (Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, etc.).
- Facilitate team meetings, assign responsibilities, and ensure productivity and morale.
- Mentor junior project coordinators or team members as needed.
4. Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure deliverables comply with legal regulations, cybersecurity requirements, and FPT IS quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews in line with project governance processes.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular status reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and change logs.
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, experience with Government or Public Sector projects is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation (DX) or enterprise software development/deployment projects.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is preferable.
- Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and government IT systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
