Job Description
● Phối hợp với các phòng ban để thu thập yêu cầu, xây dựng kế hoạch và ngân sách dự án.
● Xây dựng tiến độ, phối hợp nguồn lực, theo dõi và kiểm soát tiến độ thực hiện dự án.
● Làm việc chặt chẽ với các nhóm Cơ khí, Điện tử, Firmware, Software, QA, Thu mua và Sản xuất để đảm bảo sự phối hợp xuyên suốt.
● Chủ trì các cuộc họp kick-off, review, daily/weekly meeting, báo cáo tiến độ cho cấp quản lý.
● Xử lý các rủi ro, vấn đề phát sinh trong dự án, đảm bảo đúng phạm vi công việc.
● Quản lý tài liệu dự án, kiểm tra việc tuân thủ quy trình nội bộ (theo ISO hoặc hệ thống QMS của công ty).
● Thực hiện bàn giao sau khi hoàn tất dự án sang các bộ phận sản xuất, QA.
● Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật như Cơ Điện Tử, Tự Động Hoá, Điện - Điện Tử,..
● Có từ 2-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò Quản lý dự án kỹ thuật hoặc tương đương. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong môi trường kỹ thuật, R&D hoặc sản xuất phần cứng.
● Có kinh nghiệm triển khai dự án sản phẩm công nghệ phần cứng/firmware/software, có kinh nghiệm quản lý 1–2 dự án từ giai đoạn khởi tạo đến bàn giao.
● Có chứng chỉ PMP, PMI-ACP hoặc tương đương.
● Thành thạo các công cụ quản lý dự án (Jira, Notion, Gantt chart, MS Project, Bitrix24h hoặc các phần mềm tương đương.
● Sử dụng thành thạo Google Workspace hoặc MS Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides...)
● Tiếng Anh tốt (4 kỹ năng)
● Giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt với các nhóm kỹ thuật, sản xuất, thu mua và cấp quản lý,...
● Khả năng trình bày và báo cáo mạch lạc, thuyết phục
● Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, giám sát tiến độ, báo cáo và xử lý vấn đề tốt.
● Kỹ năng quản lý rủi ro và xử lý vấn đề
