• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for assigned projects. Ensure 90% of projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Manage project budgets,schedules, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment.
• Track and analyzeproject KPIs; adjustplans proactively to maintain progress.
• Identify risks earlyand implement mitigation plans with minimalguidance.

• Report directly to the DeliveryManager or BU leadership.

Your Skills and Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent)
• Japanese language fluency(JLPT N2 up); Can use English.
• At least 3 years of experience workingdirectly with Japanesecustomers.
• Used to be Senior IT Manager, can manage big team (50 members), can lead Project Managers.
• A minimum of 3-15 years of experience managing software projectsin IT company
• Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience managing timelines, resources, and quality.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and project reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage multipleworkstreams without compromising quality.
