QA Staff (In Charge of Internal Quality Issues)

Job Description

• Coordinate with departments to handle internal quality issues.

• Monitor and verify corrective actions.

• Perform process audits and cooperate with production departments to improve mass-production quality.

• Draft regulations and work instructions for management guidance.

• Prepare periodic reports and other reports as required by management.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the department.

Requirements

• Graduated from a university with a major in engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in process quality management.

• Proficient in English.

• Good time-management and analytical skills.

• Under 34 years old.

Other benefits:

- Leave 2-3 Saturdays per month, work only ~6 hours on every Saturday.
