Job Description
AiClipX is building an AI-powered video creation platform that helps users turn everyday photos and videos into cinematic short films.
We are looking for a careful and execution-strong QA/Test Engineer to help us verify core user flows, reduce release risk, and improve product stability before launch.
In this role, you will work closely with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to test key workflows, identify bugs early, validate fixes, and support release readiness.
Responsibilities:
Test core user flows across web product and APIs
Validate end-to-end scenarios such as sign up, login, upload, task creation, result review, retry, and history pages
Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools
Write clear bug reports with reproduction steps, expected result, actual result, screenshots, and evidence when needed
Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before release
Maintain simple test checklists and support acceptance testing
Work closely with engineers to help improve release quality
This role is important because we are entering a stage where product stability, regression control, and evidence-based verification matter a lot.
Your Skills and ExperienceMust-have:
2+ years of experience in QA or software testing
Experience testing web applications and APIs
Familiar with Postman, Swagger, browser dev tools, and common QA workflows
Able to write clear bug reports and reproducible test cases
Good understanding of frontend/backend interaction
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Able to work independently and follow through on testing tasks
Comfortable reading technical documentation in English
Nice-to-have:
Experience testing media, content, SaaS, or creator tools
Experience with authentication and session testing
Experience with regression planning and release validation
Basic understanding of logs, SQL, or network requests
Experience working in a startup or remote team environment
