QC Assistant/ Trợ Lý QC

Job Description

Thời gian làm việc - Working time: 8h - 16h.

• Chuẩn bị tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm, bảng sản phẩm và biểu mẫu cho LQC theo kế hoạch sản xuất FIFO, FEFO / Prepare the product standard, product sheet, form for Line QC as production plan as FIFO FEFO rule.

• Tham gia đánh giá máy móc thiết bị, nguyên vật liệu mới và làm chi tiết tiêu chuẩn cho sản phẩm mới/ Implement the test protocol for new machine, new material and create the product standard for new product on ERP

• Giám sát việc thực hiện các thủ tục và hướng dẫn chất lượng cho LQC, công nhân và in và lưu hồ sơ giám sát sản xuất, shelf life và đảm bảo lưu giữ hồ sơ theo đúng quy định và truy xuất khi cần thiết trong hệ thống quản lý chất lượng/ Supervise the implemented Quality procedure and instruction for LQC and Operator and record for quality, shelf life and keeping as regulation and ensure traceability whenever necessary in the quality system

• Phát hiện, phản ánh, lưu hồ sơ nguyên phụ liệu không phù hợp trong quá trình sản xuất và đưa ra biện pháp khắc phục và theo dõi thực hiện hành động khắc phục/ To detect non-conformed and claim and make the record to supplier about Raw material in production process and to assess and to find the cause of the fault and make the corrective action and follow corrective action

• Đào tạo người mới về an toàn thực phẩm/ Training new member about food safety

• Kiểm soát chất lượng nguyên liệu đầu vào cũng như chất lượng của sản phẩm trong quá trình sản xuất đảm bảo truy xuất sản phẩm và chất lượng sản phẩm./ To control the quality of raw material as well as the quality of product during production process and the traceability of product.

• Kiểm soát động vật gây hại và phói hợp cùng bên dịch vụ đảm bảo kiểm soát đầy đủ/ Pest control implemented and report, combine with Pest control service to fulfill the task.

• Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác thực hiện các quy trình và hướng dẫn để xác định các quy trình công việc và các chức năng của công ty./ To be responsible for working out together with other departments appropriate procedures and instructions to determine general work flow and functions of the organization

Requirements

• University graduation majoring in food and chemistry and Pharmaceutical / Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành thực phẩm và hóa, dược.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position/ Có kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương ít nhất 2 năm
