The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and extend our core platform. You’ll work across the entire stack—from building user-facing dashboards for finance partners to designing APIs that power device management at scale. This is hands-on engineering, not ticket-pushing.
 

What You’ll Work On

• Build and ship features across our Next.js / TypeScript platform
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and real-time data flows with Supabase
• Develop multi-tenant dashboards with role-based access control for finance partners
• Integrate third-party services including KYC providers, payment processors, and device management APIs
• Work with AWS infrastructure including KMS encryption, secrets management, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on architecture decisions and technical direction

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React / Next.js
• Strong backend skills—you’re comfortable designing database schemas, writing migrations, and building APIs
• Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL (including Row Level Security and real-time subscriptions)
• Familiarity with AWS services (KMS, Secrets Manager, S3, or similar)
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Self-directed—you can take a problem, break it down, and ship a solution without hand-holding

Nice to Have

• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Background in fintech, device management, or enterprise compliance (SOC2)
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or LLM-based tooling
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills
