The Job
We’re two brothers running an AI automation agency. We build intelligent systems that kill bureaucracy for recruiting companies—and we have a backlog of product ideas that need to become real.
We’re looking for an engineer who can take half-baked concepts and ship functional products. You’ll inherit existing scripts, understand them quickly, and build them into something we can sell.
This isn’t maintenance work. This is 0→1 territory.
What You’ll Do
- Take product concepts and turn them into working MVPs
- Build and optimize web scraping pipelines at scale
- Work with LLMs to extract, analyze, and enrich data
- Extend and improve our existing Python codebases
- Move fast without breaking things (too badly)
Technical Skills
- Strong Python development
- Web scraping expertise: Playwright, Httpx, Apify, Bright Data
- Solid understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
- Experience with data enrichment and transformation pipelines
- Comfortable reading and extending other people’s code
The Intangibles
- You ship. Perfectionism is great, but shipping is better.
- You figure things out. Documentation is sparse, requirements change, you adapt.
- You communicate clearly. Async-first means writing matters.
- You’re curious. If you’re not prompting LLMs in your spare time, this probably isn’t the role.
