About the Ruby Developer Position

We are looking for a talented Full-stack Developer (Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript) to help build and scale innovative travel technology products. You will work directly with our UK team and contribute to impactful features used by real customers. If you enjoy solving complex problems in a fast-paced and international environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Build modern and responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Rails frontend technologies
• Collaborate directly with UK stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability

Your Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience working with Rails frontend (ERB, Hotwire, Turbo, or similar)
• Experience in designing and building scalable, maintainable backend systems and RESTful APIs 
• Proficient in containerizing applications with Docker and deploying to cloud environments (familiarity with GCP and Kubernetes is a plus) 
• Good English communication skills (able to work directly with international clients)
