4. Manage information systems, documents, customer list, customer care service and related operations of Sales Department.
5. Collect, analyze data and prepare sales reports daily, weekly, monthly.
6. Support and co-operate with HR department and marketing department to handle other tasks in order to build, plan and develop internal processes and documentary procedures.
Education Background: University or College Degree, (prefer) in marketing, business administration, or related majors.
Experience: 1- 2 years of practical experience in Sales Admin position.
(prefer) experience in MT/ HORECA channels of the FMCG / food industry or other similar products.
Professional Knowledge & Required Skills:
'- Proficiency in office computer.
- Communication, negotiation and basic presentation skills.
- Basic problem-solving skill.
- Have good skills in building and developing cooperative relationships with customers and partners.
- Ability to analyze and process data, managing statistics, and extracting quick reports.
(prefer):
- Have basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
- Have sales experience in the field of food, fresh food, meat.
- Have strong exprerience of ERP/SAP system.
