Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales & Marketing Officer in AEON MALL Ha Long.
Work location: 7th Floor, SHB Building, 25/4 Street, Ha Long, Quang Ninh
Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
Report to: Manager/Team Leader.
Main function: Follow established procedures and guidelines to assist in executing sales and marketing strategies that drive tenant acquisition, customer engagement, and foot traffic at Aeon Mall Ha Long - especially during its launch phase and first year of operation.
1. Build periodic Marketing plans (month/quarter/year) to ensure goals for traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
2. Ideate, directly coordinate and supervise major events at the shopping center to create attractive experiences for customers.
3. Operate social media systems (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo) and on-site advertising infrastructure (LED screens, POSM).
4. Support and promote booth sales: Coordinate with tenants to implement joint promotion programs and support image displays.
5. Data analysis and efficiency reporting: Measure traffic and spending behavior after each campaign to propose improvement solutions suitable for the Quang Ninh market.
6. Management of operations and advertising infrastructure: Coordinate warehouse locations, advertising boards/signs and support procedures for new booths when starting business.
7. Handle administration tasks such as: making Request for Approval (RFA), payments, contract…
8. Other task as assigned.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ 1 year of experience in Marketing, Customer Service. Candidates with experience in shopping centers, commercial real estate, or retail chains are preferred.
+ Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
+ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure.
