From Vibe Coding to Agentic Orchestration

Are you a "Vibe Coder" who has experienced the magic of building things just by talking to AI? NTPTECH, the strategic ODC partner for Jeisys Medical HQ, is looking for an ambitious professional (~3 years of experience) who wants to evolve into a 10x AI Agent Project Manager.

In this role, you won't just manage a schedule. You will design, build, and operate the entire project lifecycle (Inception -> Delivery -> Maintenance) using a swarm of AI Agents. You are the architect of a new way of working where human logic meets agentic execution.

Responsibilities (Full Lifecycle Orchestration)

1. AI Agent Workflow Design (60%)

• Lifecycle Automation: Build and manage AI Agent workflows for every stage: Project Kick-off -> Development -> Delivery -> Maintenance.
• Agentic Design: Define the instructions, tools, and constraints for AI agents (Cursor, Windsurf, Custom Swarms) to ensure high-quality output throughout the SDLC.
• Logic Transformation: Convert business ideas into Deterministic Specifications (SRS/LLD) that agents can use to generate production-ready code and tests.

2. Operations & Maintenance Governance (40%)

• Human-in-the-Loop (HITL): Act as the final gatekeeper. Review and approve agent-generated logic, ensuring it aligns with the project's long-term architecture.
• Knowledge Brain Management: Use NotebookLM to manage the project’s collective intelligence, ensuring zero regression or conflict during maintenance.
• Continuous Optimization: Proactively improve agent prompts and workflows based on delivery performance and incident logs.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience: ~3 years in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, or Tech-related roles.
• Vibe Coding Experience: You have used LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) extensively to build prototypes or automate your current work.
• Systems Thinking: The ability to see a project as a series of Logical States. You must be able to explain complex flows in simple "If-Then" terms.
• Language: Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese.
• Learning Speed: A "Fast Learner" who can master new AI tools and technical concepts within days.
