The Job
🎯Role overview
- Be at the forefront of designing and scaling our Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Tackle complex challenges in distributed systems, ensuring 99.9% inventory accuracy under high-traffic conditions, while also having the unique opportunity to integrate AI-driven solutions into real-world logistics and supply chain operations.
🧠Responsibilites
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable backend services using Java or Golang to support high-traffic OMS and WMS platforms.
- System Integration: Lead the integration between OMS and various internal/external ecosystems to ensure seamless data flow and order processing.
- Optimize Performance: Build and maintain high-concurrency systems, focusing on data consistency and achieving near-perfect inventory accuracy (99%+).
- Innovate with AI: Research, experiment, and implement AI applications to optimize warehouse operations, demand forecasting, or automated decision-making.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices in software development and system design.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve system reliability and latency.
🌟Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a proven track record as a Senior Developer in high-scale environments.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Java or Golang. Experience with Python is a strong plus (especially for AI/ML integration).
- Data Management: Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis for caching and high-speed data retrieval.
- Message Broker: Hands-on experience with Kafka for building event-driven architectures.
- Distributed Systems: Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed transactions, and handling high-throughput traffic.
- Problem Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complex business logic and turn it into efficient technical solutions.
