The Job
We are looking for a Senior Backend / Solution Architect to help build the technical foundation for AI/LLM/Chatbot-integrated projects, ensuring the system has a strong architecture, stable deployments, and efficient production operations.
Job Description
- Contribute to the overall system architecture, define source code structure, and establish technical standards for the project.
- Design and implement backend services/APIs, ensuring scalability, long-term maintainability, and strong knowledge of design patterns.
- Deploy and operate infrastructure: Docker, staging/production environments, and optimize system performance and stability.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, standardized releases while minimizing production issues.
- Review code and support the team in ensuring quality, security, performance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver AI/LLM/Chatbot features based on product requirements.
Must-have Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Backend Development / System Design
- Strong proficiency in Node.js (NestJS) or .NET Core
- Hands-on experience with Docker + deployment + CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins, etc.)
- Solid understanding and implementation experience in:
- Databases: MySQL/Postgres, query and index optimization
- Caching: Redis
- Message Brokers: RabbitMQ/Kafka (queue, pub/sub, event-driven architecture)
- API Design: REST, authentication (JWT/OAuth), versioning, error handling
Nice-to-have
- Experience integrating LLM/Chatbot features: prompts, tool/function calling, chatbot workflows
- Experience with RAG and embeddings
- Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Qdrant / Pinecone / Weaviate
- Ability to implement streaming responses, retry/fallback mechanisms, and rate limiting
