We are hiring for many roles within the Data team: Senior Data Engineer/Scientist. Depending on your expertise and background, you will focus on either building data infrastructure or developing advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to support products (e.g., VieON – OTT Media Platform) and business operations across DatVietVAC.

Engineer:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows
• Develop and optimize data warehouse / data lake architecture
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
• Work closely with Data Scientists, Product, and Engineering teams
• Improve data infrastructure, automation, and monitoring systems

Scientist:

• Develop machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions
• Analyze large datasets to generate business insights
• Build predictive models and recommendation systems
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to deploy ML pipelines
• Present insights and findings to business stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience working with large-scale data systems or data pipelines
• Familiarity with machine learning models, statistical analysis, or data processing frameworks
• Experience with Big Data or data infrastructure tools (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure) is a plus
• Good understanding of data modeling, data analysis, and system architecture
• Ability to work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Business teams
