• High-availability real-time trading systems You will lead the stability, scalability, and security of live trading infrastructure serving international brokers and retail traders.

Role Overview 

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who will take ownership of mission-critical trading infrastructure. 

This is not a maintenance role. 

This is a leadership role responsible for: 

• Production reliability 
• Infrastructure architecture decisions 
• Incident command 
• DevOps process maturity 

You will work closely with CTO-level stakeholders and product leadership.

Key Responsibilities 

• Architect and operate high-availability AWS infrastructure 
• Own Kubernetes cluster architecture and optimization 
• Lead CI/CD architecture and GitOps implementation 
• Ensure uptime and reliability of MT4/MT5 trading platforms 
• Design scalable monitoring and alerting systems 
• Drive incident response and root-cause analysis 
• Implement infrastructure-as-code practices 
• Strengthen system security and access controls 
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers

Your Skills and Experience

Experience 

• 5+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering 
• Proven experience operating real-time production systems 
• Experience in financial systems or trading platforms (preferred) 
• Cloud & Infrastructure 
• Advanced AWS experience (VPC architecture, IAM, HA design, scaling strategy) 
• Strong Kubernetes expertise (cluster architecture, networking, RBAC, autoscaling) 
• Deep networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, firewall, load balancing) 
• Experience designing fault-tolerant, highly available systems 
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools 

DevOps & Automation 

• Strong experience designing CI/CD pipelines 
• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD preferred) 
• Advanced deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary) 
• Monitoring stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) 
• Strong Linux systems administration skills 

Soft Skills 

• Strong ownership mindset 
• Ability to lead incident response calmly under pressure 
• Clear communication and cross-team coordination 
• Ability to make architectural trade-off decisions
