Our HCM is an enterprise HR SaaS platform currently in active operation and continuous expansion. The system covers Core HR, Attendance, Payroll, Advance HR, Employee Self-Service (ESS), HR Development, Workflow Automation, System Integrations, and Custom Modules for Enterprise Clients.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will lead and optimize DevOps practices for Humanica’s HR SaaS platform, managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD), implementing GitOps workflows, and automating infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible. The role includes designing and executing modern deployment strategies such as blue-green and canary releases, managing Kubernetes environments, and enforcing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), deployment standards, runbooks, and rollback procedures. This position will integrate automated testing and quality gates into pipelines, monitor deployment health through the observability stack, lead incident response for infrastructure issues, mentor team members, and continuously improve deployment velocity, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
- Implement GitOps workflows and deployment automation
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible
- Design and implement deployment strategies (blue-green, canary)
- Manage Kubernetes deployments, services, and configurations
- Establish deployment standards, runbooks, and rollback procedures
- Build automated testing and quality gates in CI/CD pipeline
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) for all infrastructure
- Monitor deployment health and integrate with observability stack
- Lead incident response for deployment and infrastructure issues
- Mentor DevOps team members and establish best practices
- Optimize deployment velocity, reliability, and cost
Experience
- 5+ years DevOps or infrastructure automation experience
- Expert in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Strong Kubernetes experience (deployments, services, ingress, helm)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- GitOps practices and ArgoCD
- Scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Go)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Huawei Cloud)
- Monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Team collaboration and mentorship capabilities
Preferred:
- Multi-cloud deployment experience
- Container security and image scanning
- Kubernetes operators and custom resources
- FinOps and cost optimization
- SRE practices and reliability engineering
- Certifications: CKA, CKAD, AWS/Cloud certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree is a plus
- Working Hours: Flexible with some after-hours work for deployments and maintenance
- Location: On-site only
