What Makes This Role Different (AI-First)

Responsibilities (Architecture 50% + QT Development 50%)

1. Architectural Design & Logic (50%)

• Intent-to-Architecture: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into deterministic technical designs using Clean Architecture and Hexagonal Architecture principles.
• Dependency Management: Control system complexity by designing clear layer dependencies and ensuring a strict separation between business logic and the GUI layer.

2. High-Performance QT Development (50%)

• Framework Implementation: Develop high-performance embedded GUIs using C++ and the QT/QML framework.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while rigorously auditing the generated code for architectural alignment and system stability.

Your Skills and Experience

• Technical Base: 5-8+ years of software development experience with expert proficiency in QT/C++ within Embedded Linux environments.
• Architectural Mindset: Ability to design, debate, and defend system architectures logically. Mastery of design patterns is required.
• AI Literacy: High comfort level with AI tools and the critical insight to audit AI-generated results to ensure technical perfection.
• Product Ownership: A proven track record in in-house product development (End-to-End SDLC ownership) rather than short-term outsourcing.

Preferred Experience

• Development experience in Automotive Infotainment (IVI) or safety-critical/mission-critical systems.
• Experience structuring complex requirements into Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) or Architectural Diagrams.
• Living near HITC / Cau Giay (commute-friendly).
