• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to develop platforms for VNGGames users
• Improve the frontend infrastructure to the top level of industry standard
• Code optimization to improve scalability, reliability, security and performance of web applications
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering in development and deployment

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in frontend engineering, focused on frontend development and tooling.
• Proficient in various front-end technologies, including ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript and JavaScript/ /HTML/CSS (including CSS Preprocessor), etc
• Expertise in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and data-fetching hooks/libraries like React Query or SWR
• Deep understanding of the design philosophy and implementation of common web frameworks, including ReactJS/NextJS
• Deep experience with modern build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Turborepo, or esbuild) and optimizing build pipelines for large-scale applications
• Proven ability to monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS). Experience using performance profiling tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, and WebPageTest
• Experience integrating and utilizing frontend monitoring and error-tracking tools (e.g., Sentry)
• Strong experience with micro frontend architecture and best practices
• Experience in solving CSS/JS multi-browser compatibility problems and frontend performance optimization
• Familiar with UI automation testing and CI/CD for frontend
• Good understanding of business, technical abstraction and system module design desirable.

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Experience (or a deep interest) in building workflow builders, specifically focusing on drag-and-drop interfaces, node-based UI, and complex state orchestration
• Experience in development of No/Low-code platforms is a plus
• Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, back-end technologies is a plus
• Deep understanding in various web frameworks such as Vue, Angular, etc is a plus
