support each other. As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for and having chances to:
- Taking part in full-stack development projects spanning both frontend and backend systems,
collaborating directly with our US technical team and stakeholders.
- Expand and enhance your professional skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and modern web
technologies by participating in various enterprise application projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Enhance and maintain the global commerce product portal and B2B customer portal with full‑stack
solutions that support evolving business needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and related
technologies.
• Build responsive, user‑friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and
libraries.
• Investigate and resolve front-end and backend production issues promptly.
• Take ownership of full‑stack deliverables, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best
practices.
• Collaborate closely with IT analysts, business analysts, project managers, architects, UX/UI
designers, and developers to deliver effective end‑to‑end solutions.
• Partner with the UX team to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across
systems.
• Stay current with modern full‑stack technologies, frameworks, and development trends.
• Conduct peer code reviews and oversee pull request approvals for both frontend and backend
contributions.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high‑quality software incrementally.
• Integrate with enterprise commerce platforms and content management systems.
Education & Language
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
• English proficiency sufficient to understand technical documentation (TOEIC 600+ level).
Frontend Development
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building modern frontend applications (React, etc.).
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS,
Bootstrap).
• Knowledge of front-end architectural patterns and component-based design.
Backend Development
• Hands-on experience with Java (version 8+) and frameworks such as Spring Boot, or a
demonstrated willingness to learn.
• Understanding RESTful API design and GraphQL.
• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools
(JPA/Hibernate).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with SAP Hybris Commerce / SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
Testing & Quality
• Experience writing unit and integration tests for backend and frontend services.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and methodologies.
DevOps & Tools
• Proficient with Git for version control.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Additional Skills
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques across the full stack.
• Understanding web application security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10
