Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

• To check OT claims, Working Attendance reports, Annual Leave reports, Nightshift reports, Standby reports, submit reports to relevant Authorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Payroll (40%)

• Collect and check:

- OT claims

- Working Attendance reports.

- Annual Leave reports Seconded Staffs

- Nightshift reports

- Standby reports.

- Urge all departments to submit the reports to check in time.

PIT (15%)

- Help to apply PIT Code for Staff.

- Help to apply documents for registration of Family dependents.

- Help to keep all PIT Files and reports to Tax Dept.

- Others related to.

- When staff needs of registration for family members, check and give guidance procedures for staffs for each object are deducted.

Social Insurance (10%)

- Collect and help to submit reports, Claims to Insurances Departments.

- Prepare for staff to register their medical cards - Distribute medical cards to staff.

- Guide procedures maternity for staffs.

- Receive the information on the change of the initial medical examination

- Guide female staffs procedures and male maternity leave caring wife in accordance with the provisions of social insurance

Expats Support (15%)

- Follow & support expat matters including visa, working permit.

- PIT declaration, Social Insurance Registration

Yearly Appraisal (10%)

- Prepare forms, submit to relevant departments.

- Monitor and update Staff’s information such as working history, promotion, adjustment.

24/7 Insurances for Staff & Manager’s Dependents (5%)

- Prepare for staffs to register their dependents

- To get registration of insurance for relatives to send insurance agencies.

- Guide female staffs procedures and male maternity leave caring wife in accordance with the provisions of Bao Minh insurance.

- Others related to.

Employment (5%)

- Follow and prepare Birthday gifts for staff. Make a list of staffs that have birthdays every month for signing and buying gifts.

- Help to distribute new labor contracts to staff and collect back. The staff received their labor contracts in time.

- Distribute allowances for Staffs on time.

- Records Maternity. Synthetic maternity staff numbers in year.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Educational qualifications / expertise: University graduate in HR field.

Relevant knowledge and skills

1. Knowledge

- At least 05 years in Payroll section, Insurances, PIT or equivalent

2. Skills

- English communication.

- Proficiency in using all office computer soft wares

- In charge of personnel section.
