The Job
The VNGGames SDK team is the backbone of our game publishing operations. We build and maintain an all-in-one solution that empowers game developers to seamlessly integrate VNG's services into their games. Our SDK is a critical component used by major studios and millions of players, and we're looking for a talented Senior iOS Engineer to help us take it to the next level
- Develop robust, modular, and scalable SDKs (iOS focus)
- Define intuitive, consistent, and well-documented APIs that developers love to integrate.
- Ensure feature parity and architectural consistency across all platforms.
- Optimize for speed, stability, memory usage, and low footprint.
- Work closely with backend, product, and client (game) engineers to align SDK capabilities with product requirements.
- Quality & Testing: Build automated test suites, integration pipelines, and backward compatibility checks.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Guide junior engineers and establish best practices for SDK development.
- Stay updated on platform evolution, propose improvements, and influence SDK strategy.
- 4+ years of experience building IOS Mobile applications or SDKs/libraries/frameworks.
- Strong coding expertise in Swift/Obj-C. Knowledge in other platforms is a big plus.
- Understanding of SDK architecture, API design, and versioning strategies.
- Experience with build systems and packaging (Gradle, CocoaPods/SPM, npm, CMake, Maven, MSBuild).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, release management, and semantic versioning for SDKs.
- Strong communication skills, able to work with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
