1. About the Product

DigiO is a digital office platform designed to help enterprises digitize internal operations, streamline workflows, and enhance collaboration across departments. The platform supports organizations in managing business processes, documentation, and operational activities in a centralized and scalable system.

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of DigiO, ensuring the product delivers high value to enterprise customers.

 

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the development of DigiO – a digital office platform for enterprise operation management.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business strategy and market needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to gather and analyze product requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and continuously improve product features and user experience.
  • Ensure product development follows agile methodologies and meets timeline and quality expectations.
  • Support product rollout, adoption, and communication with internal teams and customers.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 2 years experience as Product Manager or Product Owner, or similar role in software or enterprise product development.
  • Good understanding of e-office SaaS products, ERP systems , and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in agile development environments.
  • Proven track record of managing product life cycles and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and customer experience optimization for software products.
