1. Enterprise digital project implementation and delivery

• Lead ERP/digital transformation project delivery including requirement analysis, blueprint design, system configuration, testing, go-live, and acceptance;
• Provide localized solutions based on Vietnam regulations (tax, e-invoice, VAT, VAS) and industry best practices;
• Manage scope, quality, cost, and timeline to ensure successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

2. Pre-sales solution support (can also serve as a solution consultant)

• Support sales team with customer presentations, POC, solution design, and demos;
• Deliver localized solutions for manufacturing, trading, real estate, retail and more;
• Communicate solution value to CXO/CIO level stakeholders.

3. Local Product Manager

• Collect Vietnam regulatory requirements (tax, e-invoice, VAS) and convert into product specifications;
• Collaborate with China R&D teams to deliver localized features;
• Conduct product testing, version acceptance, and rollout support.

4. Project Management and Team Collaboration

• Maintain strong customer relationships and manage cross-functional collaboration;
• Deliver project documentation, case studies, and methodology assets;
• Identify and manage project risks and drive issue resolution.

5. Training and knowledge transfer

• Provide methodology and product training for Vietnam consultants and partners;
• Drive knowledge transfer and internal best-practice sharing.

Your Skills and Experience

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting or related fields.

2. Experience

• 8+ years of experience in ERP/digital transformation implementation;
• Strong understanding of Vietnam business practices and local compliance (VAS, VAT, e- invoice, CQT platform);
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/Sage/Odoo/Bravo preferred;
• Experience working with multinational companies is a strong plus.

3. Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server or Oracle;
• API/WebService/EAI integration experience is preferred;
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/FPT Cloud) is a plus.

4. Management & Soft Skills

• Strong project management skills for medium to large projects;
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities;
• Cross-culture collaboration experience preferred;
• Team leadership experience is a plus.

5. Language

• Vietnamese: Native * English: Required (meetings, documentation, reporting)
• Chinese: Plus, not mandatory
