Job Description
Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một kỹ sư kiểm thử tỉ mỉ và đam mê công nghệ để tham gia đội ngũ phát triển sản phẩm Drone/Gimbal Camera. Bạn sẽ đóng vai trò "người gác cổng" chất lượng cho các hệ thống quang học phức tạp (EO/IR), đảm bảo payload hoạt động ổn định trên các nền tảng phần cứng hiệu năng cao (như NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm SOM).
Trách nhiệm chính:
● Lập kế hoạch kiểm thử: Phân tích yêu cầu sản phẩm (Product Specs), thiết kế Test Plan và Test case chi tiết cho các chức năng của Camera Payload (Zoom, Focus, Tracking, Stabilization, Recording).
● Thực thi kiểm thử (Manual & Automation):
● Kiểm thử chức năng (Functional Test) của Firmware Camera và Gimbal.
● Kiểm thử hiệu năng (Performance Test): Độ trễ (Latency) truyền hình ảnh, FPS, bitrate, khả năng chịu tải nhiệt.
● Kiểm thử tích hợp (Integration Test): Đảm bảo Payload giao tiếp đúng chuẩn (MAVLink/SDK) với Flight Controller và Ground Control Station (GCS).
● Đánh giá chất lượng hình ảnh (Image Quality - IQ): Kiểm tra các thông số quang học: độ nét, cân bằng trắng (AWB), dải động (HDR), khả năng hoạt động thiếu sáng và chất lượng ảnh nhiệt (Thermal/IR).
● Phát triển công cụ tự động (Automation): Viết script (Python/Bash) để tự động hóa các bài test lặp lại, test độ ổn định (Stability/Stress test) và test API/SDK.
● Báo cáo & Phối hợp: Ghi nhận lỗi (Bug logging) chi tiết trên Jira/Redmine, phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ R&D (Firmware/AI Team) để tái hiện lỗi và xác nhận bản vá (Bug verify).
● Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Software Testing, ưu tiên mảng Embedded Systems, IoT hoặc Camera.
● Kiến thức về Video/Streaming: Hiểu sâu về các giao thức truyền video (RTSP, RTMP, UDP, Gstreamer) và các chuẩn nén video (H.264, H.265).
● Hệ điều hành: Sử dụng thành thạo Linux (Ubuntu/Embedded Linux) và các dòng lệnh command line cơ bản.
● Ngôn ngữ lập trình: Có khả năng đọc hiểu code và viết script tốt bằng Python hoặc C/C++ để làm tool test.
● Công cụ: Thành thạo Git, Jira, Wireshark (để bắt gói tin mạng).
● Tư duy logic tốt, khả năng phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ (Root Cause Analysis).
● Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, có mindset "break the system" (tìm mọi cách để hệ thống bị lỗi).
● Tiếng Anh: Đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tốt
Ưu tiên
● Đã từng làm việc với các hệ thống Drone/UAV (PX4, Ardupilot, DJI SDK).
● Hiểu biết về giao thức MAVLink.
● Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các tool đo kiểm chất lượng ảnh (IQ) như Imatest, bảng color chart.
● Kinh nghiệm làm việc với phần cứng NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm hoặc Ambarella.
● Hiểu biết về nhiếp ảnh (ISO, Shutter speed, Aperture, Focal length).
