Solution Architect (AI platform)

Job Description

1. AI Platform Development & Optimization

- Design, build, and continuously enhance core features of the AI Platform, including: Multi-agent orchestration; RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines; MCP (Model Context Protocol); Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.

- Ensure high performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the platform.

2. AI-Based Product Development

- Develop and deliver AI-driven products built on top of the AI Platform, such as: Chatbots; Call bots; Humanoid robots

- Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

3. Research & Development (R&D)

- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including fine-tuning methods, prompt optimization techniques, and new agent frameworks.

- Propose and implement platform improvements based on technical advancements and business needs.

Requirements

1. Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Work Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development.

- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience working with AI Platforms, AI Agents, or Multi-Agent Systems.

3. Technical Skills

- Programming & Frameworks

- Strong proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming with asyncio.

- Experience with Django or FastAPI frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with at least one AI framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

- Experience in prompt engineering, context management, and working with LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, GPT-4).

- Experience handling multimodal inputs, including text, audio, image, and video.

- Strongly preferred: Deep understanding of RAG pipelines (document processing, vector embeddings, semantic search).

- Strongly preferred: Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.

4. Microservices & Architecture

- Experience working with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).

- Experience designing event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication systems.

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and gRPC services.

- Experience designing pipeline/workflow-based applications.

5. Deployment & Cloud

- Strongly preferred: Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, etc.).

- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.

- Advantage: Experience working in hybrid cloud environments (on-premise and cloud integration).

Nice to Have

- Experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and end-to-end workflows.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
