• Analysis of customers’ drawings and specifications

• Prepare technical instructions (Process Instruction, Manufacturing and Quality Sheet)

• Develop process to achieve the project development milestones

• Training for operator

• Perform Customer audit

• Find out the root cause, corrective action when a technical problem occurs

• Evaluate and improve process if necessary

• Other jobs requested by cell leader or team leader
