Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Telecom Business Architect to partner with customers, deliver strategic insights, and design value-driven solutions. This role works closely with senior executives, turning data into actionable strategies that shape business success in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customer CxOs, understand business needs, and create annual cooperation frameworks.
- Analyze financial reports and market data to provide clear insights on revenue, user behavior, and service trends.
- Design and manage business solutions based on data-driven Use Cases, working with analytics and system teams to ensure impact.
- Present and sustain value-driven solutions, maintaining long-term effectiveness.
- Support marketing activities such as exhibitions and summits, showcasing solutions like SmartCare to expand market reach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the telecom industry.
- Strong background in telecom systems (OSS/BSS/SDP), VAS, and consulting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and English fluency.
- Proven leadership and ability to build strong executive relationships.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in consulting projects, solution selling, and market insights.
- Good understanding of telecom operations (fixed, wireless, ITIL, eTOM).
- Strong awareness of competitive landscape and ability to shape strategies.
- Established C-level connections within telecom operators.
• Working time: Monday to Friday (08:00-18:00).
