We are seeking a user experience designer to join our design team. Your primary role will be to research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts. The ideal candidate will use this information to help us create the best user experience possible for our website and mobile applications. 

What will you do?

• Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience 
• Research customers, competitors, and products 
• Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories 
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements 
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups 
• Work with developers to ensure product quality 
• Work closely with product managers to maximize customer success 
• Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals 

Your Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI Design 
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and attention to details 
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications 
• Working knowledge of UX design principle 
• Experience with user testing and usability analysis 
• Profiency in design tool such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar 
• Experience working with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a big plus
