The Job
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in software technology companies. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to design intuitive, user‑centered solutions for complex and mission‑critical systems. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy solving sophisticated interaction challenges and crafting high‑quality digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive, effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to clearly communicate design concepts.
- Develop high‑fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Maintain and uphold design consistency across all features and ensure usability in complex workflows.
- Present and justify design decisions using user insights, best practices, and data‑driven reasoning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar UI/UX role within software technology companies.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX for industrial control systems (ICS) or mission‑critical applications.
- Proficiency in Figma and wireframing tools.
- 3+ years of UI/UX experience designing complex systems (railway experience preferred but not required).
- A solid portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design, not limited to mobile or web apps.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
- Good English skills are a plus; basic English communication is required.
