We Are Looking for a Real Developer — Not a Consultant

We are building real, operational web applications that connect enterprise-wide systems including ERP, WMS, POS, CRM, and E-commerce platforms.

This is not a consulting or documentation-focused role.

After joining, you will work closely with the IT team and directly code, develop, and improve internal systems actively used across departments.

• Working place : Tan Quang Industrial Park, Nhu Quynh, Hung Yen, Vietnam
• Working time  : 7:30 to 16:15 from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays off per month

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop web applications using React and TypeScript (3+ years practical experience required)
• Implement CRUD functionality using RESTful APIs
• Build large-scale data tables with search, filtering, and pagination
• Develop admin dashboards and reporting interfaces
• Implement responsive web design and improve UI/ UX
• Perform web performance optimization and code refactoring
• Apply modern JavaScript (ES6+) standards
• Handle asynchronous processing (Promise, async/ await)
• Understand basic security concepts (JWT, authentication/ authorization flow)

Business Systems & Automation

• Visualize and analyze data from external APIs
• Develop UI screens integrated with ERP, WMS, and other internal systems (Backend APIs are supported internally)
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: Requirement analysis → UI design → Implementation → Optimization
• Contribute to workflow automation and internal tool improvement projects

Depending on your capability, the role may expand to:

• Participating in system architecture design
• Conducting code reviews
• Establishing development guidelines
• Taking technical leadership within the team

Your Skills and Experience

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on React development experience
• 3–5 years of practical JavaScript / TypeScript experience
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, ES6+
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs (CRUD implementation)
• Experience using Git / GitHub in collaborative environments
• Docker experience (development environment setup or deployment) – preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing ERP, WMS, CRM, or HR systems (at least one)
• Dashboard and data visualization experience (Chart.js, ECharts, etc.)
• Experience with Oracle or MS-SQL data processing (at least one)
• Experience integrating or refactoring legacy systems
• Experience improving system architecture or performance tuning
• Experience developing internal business systems

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), RESTful API (CRUD-focused development)
• Tools: VS Code, Git/ GitHub, Docker (not mandatory)
• AI Understanding (Preferred)
• Understanding of Claude Code
• Understanding of context management concepts
• Understanding of MCT (Model Context Thinking)
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools
