Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Accounting

• Record inventory transactions in the accounting system.

• Monitor stock movements including inbound, outbound, transfers, and adjustments.

• Maintain accurate stock balances in coordination with the warehouse team.

Warehouse Documentation

• Check and verify warehouse documents such as:

o Goods receipt notes

o Delivery orders

o Transfer documents

o Stock adjustment forms

• Ensure documents match system records before posting.

Inventory Reconciliation

• Assist with regular stock reconciliations between warehouse records...

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 0–2 years accounting experience (fresh graduates can apply).

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good Excel skills.

• Experience with accounting, MISA or ERP systems is an advantage.
