Work closely with software engineering team to capture requirements for test automation framework, define process, setup and maintain automation framework and library of automated tests for web-based SaaS app;
Write, execute, and monitor automated tests to analyze and publish results and interpretation, within scheduled deadlines;
Where required Write, execute, and monitor manual tests to analyze and publish results and interpretation, within scheduled deadlines;
Follow the process for defect management, release testing and overall product quality assurance;
Create and maintain test process documentation, scripts and tools;
Execute manual smoke and final acceptance testing as needed for software releases;
As needed, assist support with reproducing, diagnosing and resolving customer issues

3+ years of experience supporting the delivery of quality products in agile teams using cutting-edge technology;
Strong development/programming skills are required;
Course experience with the following technologies: C++/Java/.Net, JavaScript, SQL, HTML;
Project experience with source control systems such as Git, SVN, etc an asset;
Experience working in project team;
Self-starter looking to learn and contribute significantly to the team;
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in the English language with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must
