• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a trading, export, or FMCG company

• Strong command of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations

• Good English, both written and spoken — you will communicate regularly with our European team

• Proficient in accounting software (MISA, FAST, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Bonus

• Experience with export documentation and international trade finance (LC, DP, TT)

• Familiarity with IFRS or reporting to a foreign parent company

• Experience working in a foreign-invested enterprise (FDI)
