 Bachelor degree of Landscape Architecture/ Architecture

 Minimum 7 years working experience in this field.

 Proficient in English.

 Good knowledge of local hardscape, softscape, architecture materials and strong understanding of consultants, contractors, material supplier capability.

 Experience in working for foreign companies is an advantage.

 Experience in landscape design/ construction of high-rise residential, mixed-used development, hospitality projects is an advantage.

 Good software skill: Autocad, photoshop, sketchup.

 Good English skill, effective communication and teamwork.

 High sense of responsibility, honesty, self-motivated and hard-working.

 Willing to work under high pressure, tight deadline and overtime if required
