The Job
Your role & responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer, you will create impact by:
- Developing and implementing software applications based on specifications
- Writing functional, clean, scalable code, and code refactoring good practice
- Creating and testing of software prototypes
- Analyzing and troubleshooting any issues by developing scripts and database queries
- Collaborating with the deployment team on continuous integration
- Supporting the operations team for potential post-implementation issues
As a Project manager, your key responsibilities:
- Daily sync-up with the internal team and client.
- Work closely with the client as the product team for features, and clarify requirements and timeline.
- Work with the development team to clarify and define tasks from sides, estimate, and help the team to raise feedback back to the client for solutions.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or objectives.
Experience: Mobile App Developers (ReactNative, Swift, Android), Fullstack Web Developers (NodeJs, .NET, Java, ReactJs, Angular), DE, DA, BI, Testers, PMs
Expectations of a Software Engineer:
- Strong foundation in software development, data, or project delivery depending on specialization
- Experience with modern technologies and frameworks relevant to your domain (e.g., web, mobile, data, or cloud)
- Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable solutions
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code or deliverables
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and working across distributed systems
- Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data processing concepts
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaboration workflows
- Good understanding of testing, debugging, and performance optimization principles
- At least 1 year of working experience.
Expectations for Project Manager:
- Strong project management experience delivering projects end-to-end
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Ability to define scope, timelines, and manage resources effectively
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management skills
- Ability to track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery
- Familiarity with SDLC and working with technical teams
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- At least 3 years of working experience.
