Research the regional clinical trial landscape, including hospitals and research labs. Present these findings to the Operations Support team in English/Vietnamese.
Translate project documentation, including user guides for hospitals and nurses, FAQs, training materials into Korean/ Japanese.
Assist in providing translation and interpretation services during meetings and/or training sessions with site users in Korea/ Japan.
Assist in responding to inquiries and issues in a culturally appropriate and professional manner (specifically in Korea/ Japan).
Support ongoing project initiatives by coordinating tasks and monitoring progress.

Last year student or a recent graduate of a College’s diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
Able to take a full-time internship (Monday - Friday), with a 3 - 6 month period.
Proficiency (verbal and written) in either Korean or Japanese is mandatory.
Ability to read English documentation and communicate with the internal team.
Relevant language certificates, if available (e.g., JLPT N3/N2 or TOPIK 4/5).
Quick learner who adapts easily to new digital tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong "customer service" mindset.
Detailed attention, team-oriented environment.

Desirables:

Interests: A genuine interest in customer support, project coordination, and translation/ interpretation work.
Experience (Plus): Prior experience in a customer-facing support or client-service role.
Experience creating and maintaining documentation is also highly valued.
