The major role & responsibilities includes:

Collect and analyze the requirements for product and solution from internal/external customer through research, interviews, and regular feedbacks
Contribute to requirement gathering, user clarifications, IT walkthrough and ensure quality delivery
Monitor the progress of project development and assist Delivery Manager in task planning and scope/CR management
Provide professional documentation for product and solution such as BRD, Business workflow/data flow, etc
Produce detailed product and functional requirements that will drive product development, testing and deployment
Work with development teams to align on project schedules, manages feature delivery, and ensure implementing effective and efficient business solutions
Have the ability to research new technologies and technical difficulties
Establish and maintain professional and consultative relationships with internal/external clients, communicate with business stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
Maintain expertise and knowledge of business domain, technologies, and solutions
Perform risk management to minimize the project risks
Support to evaluate the outcomes/deliverables of project as established during the planning phase
Write testing scenarios for UAT, support UAT and verifying bugs/issues
Perform related work as assigned by direct line manager

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System or Business Administration
Obtaining IT knowledge-base, basic knowledge of database such as database schema and simple SQL query
At least 1-3 years of working experience with 1 years in analyzing requirements or product development as Business Analyst position
Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
General understanding and experience of business processes as well as interest in understanding a broad range of CPG business models
Proficiency in BA techniques, tools and business areas
Good interpersonal and strong English communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members
