Job Description

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Planning Executive.

- Working location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd Floor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi

- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

- Report to: Deputy Manager


Job description:

1. Implement tasks related to evaluation of target market through market survey, in-depth analysis and assessment, tenant hearing, customer behavior understanding research, and assist to budget, merchandising plan, and zoning of new mall (15%).

2. Keep track of market information, new trends, major tenant moves related to assigned category, evaluate business situation of assigned category at current malls to propose appropriate improvement suggestion (15%).

3. Assist to make renovation plan for current malls based on studies on business performance and consumer trend, and suggest idea to maximize business result (10%).

4. Work with outsourced agencies to carry out tasks related to market survey and organizing events including planning, bidding, negotiating, supervising, handling paperwork issues… (10%).

5. Update, analyse, and evaluate business performance of assigned current malls regularly and propose solutions to maximize business performance of assigned malls (15%).

6. Develop new tenant network and select suitable ones to ensure best tenancy mix and profitable for the shopping mall, negotiate rental condition and support to solve problems related to assigned tenants (15%).

7. Manage and update planning section’s database files regularly and ensure the accuracy of the department’s data source (5%).

8. Train, motivate and supervise subordinates to ensure that all tasks can be achieved correctly and timely as well as develop subordinates’ ability (10%).

9. Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5%).

1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics or related fields.

2 – 3 years of experience in Leasing, Sales, Market Research or related areas; experience in retail, shopping mall or commercial real estate is preferred.

2) Strong understanding of market survey, tenant sourcing and category analysis is an advantage.

3) Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

4) Strong analytical, reporting, negotiation and communication skills.

5) Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.

6) Customer-focused with strong business acumen, teamwork spirit and leadership capability.
