Odoo ERP Full-Stack Developer

Your role & responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo Community Edition modules to support complex business processes
• Extend and adapt existing Odoo modules based on real operational requirements
• Work on integrations between Odoo and external systems (ERP, finance-related services)
• Handle accounting and financial workflows such as invoices, payments, and reporting logic
• Work with multiple databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Implement background or asynchronous processing for system reliability
• Collaborate with a cross-country engineering team on daily development and delivery
• Occasionally support clients in different time zones when needed

Your skills & qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with Odoo (Community Edition required)
• Able to communicate in English for work discussions
• Strong experience with Python and solid understanding of the Odoo framework
• Experience building or customizing Odoo modules (models, views, access rules)
• Experience integrating Odoo with external systems via APIs
• Familiarity with Odoo Accounting / Finance modules and financial workflows
• Comfortable working in a global, distributed team environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Odoo Enterprise or multi-company setups
• Experience working with ERP systems beyond Odoo
• Experience handling large-scale or data-intensive systems
