Sales Assistant

This position is for a short-term period of 6 months

Support Business Manager and EHSPS Manager to provide daily EH&S management and technical support, specific EHS & PS program to ensure safe workplace in Vietnam PMC Sales/FTS/Warehouse:

• To ensure compliance with VN laws related to chemical inventory and assist in uploading any new registration into NCI online system.

• Support Business Manager, EHSPS manager to prepare documentation for chemical license applications.

• To provide hazard communication (SDSs and Label content), regulatory compliance support as it relates to the development, manufacture, sale, and distribution of products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards for the Vietnam.

• Support Business Manager, EHSPS manager to prepare documentation for environmental permit/registration applications.

• Daily support to implement major EHS program in the PMC warehouse (AM/FP, fire safety, chemical spill, etc.) and work with stakeholders to develop improvement action.

Requirements / Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical management, occupational safety & health, engineering, environment or equivalent; Fluent in English.

- 1-2 years’ experience in EH&S or related area with good command of English language, innovative and original thinking requiring analytical, interpretive, evaluative, and/or constructive skills to develop creative solutions.

- Experience in a manufacturing Industry and/or Logistic will be an advantage.

- Computer literate, familiar with Ms. Office.
