Sales IT Support (Fresher/Japan Market)

Your role & responsibilities

• Creating estimations, purchase orders, invoices, and related documents. 
• Xử lý các tài liệu báo giá, đặt hàng, invoice và các tài liệu liên quan.  
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. 
• Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

Your skills & qualifications

• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above). 
• Tiếng nhật JLPT từ N2. 
• Proficient in computer usage and office software. 
• Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính, tin học văn phòng. 
• No experience required (will be trained). 
• Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm (sẽ được đào tạo). 
• Quick-thinking and strong logical thinking skills. 
• Nhanh nhẹn và có tư duy logic tốt. 
• Working at the office. 
• Làm việc tại văn phòng. 

 

Nice to have: 

• Ability to create professional PowerPoint (PPTX) materials for proposals and presentations. 
• Kỹ năng soạn thảo tài liệu PPTX, hỗ trợ chuẩn bị proposal và presentation cho khách hàng. 
• Strong written communication skills (email, Slack). 
• Khả năng giao tiếp chuyên nghiệp (email, Slack). 
• Basic understanding of IT / software development processes is a plus. 
• Hiểu biết cơ bản về quy trình phát triển phần mềm là một lợi thế.
