Job Description
• Saturday (Work from home): 08:30 – 12:00
• Sunday and public holidays: Off
• Probation Period: 2 months (with 85% of the official salary).
• Social Insurance: Provided after successful completion of the probation period.

• Sales Executive (Individual Contributor / Player):
o Basic salary: VND 10 – 18 million
o KPI bonus: 10 – 15% commission based on personal sales performance
• Sales Manager / Team Leader:
o Basic salary: VND 18 – 30 million
o KPI bonus: Commission based on the sales results and performance of team members under your management
Career Progression & Evaluation (Additional Note)
If promoted to a Sales Manager role in the future, this position will transition from an individual contributor role to a management role focused on maximizing overall team performance.
Evaluation and compensation will be based not on personal sales results, but on the gross profit and overall performance of the sales team members under your management.
Job Description
• Seek and develop new customers while maintaining, supporting, and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Provide professional service consultation, prepare quotations, and draft contracts accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate closely with related departments (operations, purchasing, accounting, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• Generate revenue and profit from international logistics services (sea freight and air freight) as well as domestic logistics services such as trucking, customs declaration (CDs), and other related services.
