Outcubator is looking for a Senior IOS Developer who wants to level-up their career in the payment industry. If you are highly motivated and have experience in developing payment company's products, we are hiring for Senior IOS Developer to join our team in Hanoi.
Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Implement new features and provide ongoing maintenance for the FasterPay iOS application.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and correct bottlenecks, improve application performance, and resolve complex bugs.
- Quality Assurance: Review and document code to ensure high standards of maintainability and clarity.
Skills & Competencies Required
Required Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of experience building high-quality, scalable iOS applications.
- Language Proficiency: Solid experience designing, developing, debugging, and deploying using Swift as the primary language.
- Architecture: Strong knowledge of MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Foundations: Good knowledge of OOP, Protocol-Oriented Programming, and various design patterns.
- Testing: Solid experience with unit testing (XCTest) and UI automation testing.
- Data Handling: Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON using frameworks like URLSession or Alamofire.
- Lifecycle: Deep understanding of the full Apple mobile development life cycle and App Store Connect.
- English: Intermediate or Upper-intermediate proficiency.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Modern Frameworks: Experience with SwiftUI and Combine.
- Cross-Platform: Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or Flutter/React Native.
- DevOps: Experience building and configuring CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or Fastlane).
- AI Integration: Experience leveraging AI agents to accelerate development workflows.

- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a desire to coach and mentor junior team members.
- Growth Mindset: Ability to self-study, identify gaps in knowledge, and proactively overcome weaknesses.
