The Job
Overview
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and deliver business requirements.
- Participate in end-to-end system implementation projects within the banking domain.
- Ensure business needs are clearly translated into functional solutions and delivered effectively.
Domain 1: Digital Banking & Lending
- Understanding of customer onboarding, digital channels (Mobile/Internet Banking), accounting services, and branch operations; strong knowledge of end-to-end lending lifecycle (acquisition → credit assessment → approval → disbursement → servicing).
- Experience with Mobile Banking, Digital Lending, LMS, BPM, ECM.
Domain 2: Back Office & Internal Systems
- Experience with HRM, Risk Management, Compliance/AML, and internal ERP systems.
- Understanding of operational processes across HR, Risk, Ops, Compliance, IT Security; familiarity with Core Banking and integrated system environments.
Experience
- Minimum 6–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/IT Analyst, including at least 2-3+ years in banking domain.
- Experience in Digital Banking & Lending: customer onboarding, digital channels, and end-to-end lending lifecycle.
- Experience in Back Office & Internal Systems: HRM, Risk, Compliance/AML, ERP, and operational processes.
- Experience working in complex environments such as banking or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and standardize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups).
- Involve in end-to-end project lifecycle (requirements → design → testing → deployment → support).
- Prepare test cases and support SIT, UAT, and system acceptance.
- Track and manage defects until resolution.
- Facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of banking operations and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to produce clear and structured documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing conflicting requirements.

- Proficient in tools such as:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Figma
- Visio or equivalent
