• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Language: Fluent English is required (written & spoken).

• Technical Proficiency:

o 3-5 years of professional experience in software testing (web/mobile apps).

o Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

o Experience with bug tracking, testing & reporting tools (Jira, Postman, etc.).

o Experience with SQL query, APIs, and system integration (ERP).

o Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have):

• AI/ML: Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in software development.

• Working method: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
