The Job
Job Description:
- As a UI/UX Designer at BLogic Systems, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our F&B technology products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces. Your work will directly impact the way restaurant operators and customers interact with our solutions, enhancing efficiency and user satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance usability and customer engagement.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and refine designs based on usability testing.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain and improve the company’s design system and UI components.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.
- Experience working with Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Experience in designing POS or restaurant-related applications.
- Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Knowledge of user psychology and behavior in the F&B industry.
- Experience with motion design or interactive prototyping.
